Weird wifi situation

Have you contacted your ISP ?
They should help you for free.
They like happy customers.$$$$$$

That video shows how to do a dial up connection which I know how to do from years ago. Is a person posting for help in here supposed to remember & post EVERYthing they have tried? Hope not.:)

A Broadband Connection actually.
See screen shot from the video with subtitles enabled below ---

Like I previously said, both my ipad & iphone are on the remote router & excellent bars, just xp has a rag up its............

As a variation of Forget and Recreate -- ALTER the SSID --- add a suffix and alter the password too.
The mobile devices are highly likely to connect to the new SSID and XP will get a fresh look at available networks.

That's obviously an attempt for a ISP, not WiFi connection.

Btw: Hav you gone into WiFi speakers?

The publication recently highlighted connectivity issues experienced by some users when adding a Google Home Max smart speaker to their wireless network. The issue is especially prevalent among TP-Link Archer C7 router owners according to the Google Product Forums and has been identified by TP-Link as an issue with MDNS packets keeping a live connection with Cast devices.

Wifi Speakers? Off the top of my head I'll say no. This pc has no speakers/sound card. Hope thats not off topic.

@jobeard PROBLEM solved. :) due to the extremely small font used to print the password on the label on the router, I couldn't CLEARLY see the password till I used my magnifying glass, inserted PROPER password & am online with remote router :) :)
