weird xp problem

the problem i get is my pc boots up and it works perfectly fine for about 30 mins or so then all of a sudden applications stop working example:
-cannot open Internet explorer
-when opening text files it cannt find a program to open it with
-get access denied on some files
-cannoth open any applications says files are missing.

so if i log out, then log back in im back to normal, or i restart my pc and its good for another 30 mins. ive done a virus scan, Spy bot, and also used Ad-Adware free, and i just got a HJT log which i will post thanks for you help.
and i have also attached a jpg image of this pop up that keeps coming if a WIN3d2.tmp.exe trying to access the internet?

Your version of HJT is out of date. The current version is v1.99.1

Go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log as a .txt attachment into this thread, only after doing the above.

BTW the WIN3d2.tmp.exe is nasty and shouldn`t be allowed to access the net.

sorry about this, here is the new HJT file. Had to edit, it doesnt let me attach? keeps saying in progress so i shall paste it if i can sorry.

Your system is infected with a variety of nasties.

Please follow the instructions in the link I gave you.

Post a fresh HJT log as a .txt attachment(instructions are in the link), after you`ve finished the instructions.
