What graphics card to get?

So guys, here is the situation. I want to know should I get a XFX Radeon 7770 Ghz Edition 1 GB or a GIGABYTE R7 260X 2 GB.
If ther is any other better GPU for under 140 $ please let me know.

750Ti if you look hard, I think you can make it at $140, maybe $150.

Actually I would go for a R7 265 instead. It outperforms the 750Ti in a lot of the benchmarks here.

There is a R7 265 on Newegg that is going for $150. That is your best bet for the $150 sector IMO. But if you like nVidia, the 750Ti is great since it is a good OCer.
