What is the BEST VGA cooler and Heatsinks to buy?

I wanted to order this today or tomorrow, but I am not sure what to get? =\ I was thinking about the Thermaltake Giant III Heatpipe thing but is it worth the 35+$? Or should I spend that 40 bux on a good vga cooler and some really good heatsinks? Please tell me what you guys would recommend?
I want to OC this video card alot more than it already is.:grinthumb
