Whats the best way to create a website?

Hi, i have decided that i want to make a website to show my photography work but dont have any idea of the best way to go about creating one.

Last time i made a site i used yahoo (geocities) and then got a .tk address from that. is their a better & easier way?

Also does it cost to create a .co.uk site and how would i go about making one?

Have a look at www.1and1.co.uk
They are fully equipped to cater for all your needs.
Signing up with them includes all sorts of web-creating stuff as well.
A .com website is slightly cheaper, and some good ones include www.godaddy.com, or www.be-hosted.com (my favourite).
