after trying to get rid of Trojans on my laptop with the help from this forum i felt it was beyond my means to carry on with the clean up myself and decided to take the laptop to the shop for clearing infections, but was told they could not find any Trojans/viruses, but on starting up the computer at home it was clearly not right,
because when i bring up web sites with audio or you tube there is no sound, i have tried looking about on the laptop for what might be causing it but cant find what boxes to check or uncheck i tried Internet options in tools but nothing seems to work. I still get audio from my computer (ie media player etc) as normal
could my laptop still be infected. i am willing to take instructions again if you guys could re-help.
