Which cpu should i get?? need some input

im really trying to debate on which cpu i should get. the choices im going back and forth in-between are:

They both seem really great, and idk which one i would rather buy, im not thinking about the money, its only 20$ difference, but i want to know what will be better in the long run. I have a asus k8v-se motherboard and its a 754 socket like both of those processors. currently i have the amd athalon 2800+, which is only at 1.8ghz, those are at 2.4ghz. thanks a ton-Nick

The one from newegg has more cache. Other than that they seem to be the same. I'd go for more cache.
