Windowed mode for Theme Park inc/Sim Coaster

I have Theme Park inc (sometimes known as Sim Coaster) installed successfully on my computer. It runs as it should and I've had no performance problems with it. However I would like to be able to run it in windowed mode, an action the game does not allow for. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any way to allow it to work in a window?

I have checked google for a solution and it has been unhelpful.
I've tried using alt+return and adding -w and -windowed to the target in the shortcut.
My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

Thank you for your time.
