Windows 10 problems

When I try to play video's on wmp in windows 10 the video will play about halfway through and then will start to pixelate but the audio continues without any problem. I do not have this problem with the cyberlink 12 software that came with the pc.

Never mind, I flashed the BIOS and upgraded the video driver, problem solved. The video resolution is also very much sharper
