I am running windows 2003 SP1, I have noticed that this server reboots itself at around 12:00 PM. This is what I see in the event viewer.
event ID 1003
Error code 0000007a, parameter1 c03dcd88, parameter2 c000000e, parameter3 f7362833, parameter4 12c9d860.
another event ID 1076 which says this.
The reason supplied by user SERVER NAME\USER shutdown of this computer is: System Failure: Stop error
