Windows 7 BSOD error BCCode:f4

Hi. I bought a new laptop Acer aspire v3-771g with SSD on which I have installed the OS . I have a bsod when the laptop wakes from a hibernation mod. I have installed windows 7 64 bit.

The "new folder" is corrupt. Disable hibernation and see if this helps

I think this file won't be corrupt. When I close the laptop's minitor and open it afterwards it gets blue screen, so will disabling hibernation do the trick.

Ntoskrnl.exe doesn't really mean much else than some hard drive data is corrupted. Go to Computer, right-click on the C drive. Select properties, tools, check now. Put a check in both boxes to start a disk check on the next start up

Can this be caused by a bad copy of windows because this error exists from the first day I got my laptop and installed windows. Also to mention that the laptop came with installed lunux if that is important. Here is what Blue Screen Viewer tells me. All the dump files are the same:

Did you perform the hard drive check?

Yes and windows told me nothing. Just performed the check and then nothing. I think it's best to give the laptop to service. it has warranty.
