Windows 7 BSoD every other day

I've asked them all those questions and only got an answer to a few of them.

Here is their answer:

I'm gonna run memtest on the 2Gb RAM module alone since I've been using the 4Gb one and it's working just fine.

Keep in mind there are thos occasions when memtest will Pass bad RAM but this is certainly the exception and not the rule.

1. If it does come out with errors then have them replace it.

2. If no errors are found then ask them about if there are any issues with the 6 GB set-up. I would run Memtest for as long as you can beyond 7 Passes.

I've run Memtest last night and today while at work on the 2Gb module (last night - slot 0, today - slot 1) and it did 20 passes with no errors.
I'll do the same tonight and tomorrow during the day with the 4Gb module.

If both of these tests come back with no errors, I'll ask them about the 6Gb set-up.

I just swapped both of the RAM modules (slot 0 <-> slot 1) from the previous set-up (the one that caused the crashes) I have no idea if that actually makes a difference but at this point, it's worth a try ^^

Good work on your end! :grinthumb

Forgive me if I missed it, but have you tried running with just the 2 GB stick and if so what are the results?

I've only used the 2Gb module for a day but it was really really slow. I'm gonna use this set-up (4 + 2, swapped) for a while and see if it crashes...

If it does I'll go back to the 2Gb module only and try to bear with it for a few days
