Windows 7 Professional on HP 4525s, claims not legit but new

I have had malware problems before and never thought I could get them fixed;
after weeks of hard work it finally cleared up. Now I have the same pop up saying that my windows in not legit. I know it is since I bought it new with all the disks and COA stickers. Should I let microsoft do it's check since it's legit or go another route? I have nothing to hide but they make it look like I do. Please help

If Windows is activated but it tells you that its not legit then you still have malware probably. Download this tool: https://www.techspot.com/downloads/4716-malwarebytes-anti-malware.html And run a full scan (it will take a while). Then report back.
