Windows 7 slow startup & IE 10 not responding all of a sudden

I have Windows 7 64 bit and use IE 10. Recently out of no where the laptop is really slow to start up, wifi frequently drops & IE almost always "not responding" and I hit control + alt + delete and the pc doesn't respond until about the 5th attempt. I have ran check disk in safe mode b'c it wouldn't get past 32% in normal mode. It found no errors. I also noticed my restore points are all deleted. I ran several complete checks through Norton 360 and found nothing. I did notice a little while back Norton blocked 2 attacks. Any help is appreciated

Sounds like you might have some nasty malware. Have you tried running any kind of malware programs? You could try running Malware bytes -Anti Malware program and see if this helps. But from what you stated.It sounds like you may be infected. You can do two things You can try the Virus &Malware Removal forum Here at Tech Spot. Or you can back up your personal files and do a Factory Reinstall of your OS. Hope this helps out.
