ok so i have an old computer i wanna get working again an this is whats wrong with it
I turn it on and you know that windows 98 screen with the sky background and the windows logo poping out, that screen would normally be there for 2-3 seconds and then switch to my desktop. The screen however doesnt disapear it stays there and wont go away no matter what.
what would be the problem, how would i fix it and what might need to be replaced
