Windows longhorn?

  1. i was able to get my hands on a longhorn cd, installed it, looks real nice but boy does it suck up all cpu time. and after about 4 or maybe 5 restarts wouldent boot anymore. does anybody know of a good version of longhorn can be acquiered? im very intarested in this os....

    It will be released officially as a beta soon. You can look into joining a Microsoft program that will give you access to the media to try it out.

    Similarly, you may possibly find that your local university or college is enrolled in a Microsoft Academic Alliance scheme that will provide them with this media.

    Other than that, there is only the warez root, which we don't want to discuss here.
