Hello, my name is april and I'm new to this site. I'm hoping by joining this site I will be assisted with a current problem I'm having with my computer. When powering on my computer, I received a message "Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt <Windows root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe Please re-install a copy of the above file" Will someone please assist me as soon as possible with getting my computer started again so I don't lose the current information I have save?
