Windows2003server Event ID 6008 "The previous system shutdown was unexpected"

Dear all,
I am having windows2003server with SP2 and Symantec Antivirus 2002 version in my server. System is restarting oftenly... unexpectedly...
I kept C drive with 15 GB , D drive 3 GB ( Keep it empty for page filing...) E drive 118 GB. Server always showing " Low disk space in D drive".
Server restarting unexpectedly... some times its going into unresponsive mode... If i restart it... it will automatically restart 3-4 times and then only normally starts...
I don't know whether it is OS problem or Hardware problem... Kindly help me in this regard... as early as possible.... one more thing it is brand new server...

First, remove that Antivirus and install another one which has server support and light,like AVG, McAfee or Kaspersky. then Use some tool Like System Mechanic 7pro and check for errors. or do windows repair afterwords.then let us know of your progress.R
