Wireless problem -- any help would be great!

So i have a D-Link (DIR-635) wireless router which i can say i spent a lot of money since the last one was rubbish. What happens is that over time (like over night or several hours) my phone is still connected to the wireless network but the internet isn't working and i have to deactivate the Wi-Fi and reconnect to the network and then will do. What's wrong? Settings?

Edit: There's something wrong with the router not the phone.

What kind of Internet? Cable, DSL?
