xp install stops

sorry to keep new theads, but as i move on with this it just keeps up with problems. i put in a new motherboard and new chip but kept the old hard drive and every thing else. and now i got a xp home disk and all went good and it restarted and said it would take 39 minutes to finish then when it gets to 34 minutes it restarts and just over and saying 39 minutes and at 34 restarts i turn the computer off and tried cleaning the disk and it still just wants restart again.

you probably don't have the latest BIOS and/or drivers for your motherboard and components.
