  1. I have looked at the other threads and seen that the minidump file is needed. I am not sure what program to use to open this .dmp file so here is my file. Can anyone give me an idea as to what is causing this error?

Both are 0xA errors and these are caused by hardware or drivers. The problem is the first minidump could not load symbols and thus no real information could be had as a probable cause.

The second minidump only listed a Windows OS and these are too general to be of much help.

We need your system hardware specs like make and model of your motherboard, amount and type of RAM installed, video card make, etc., as well as security software you are running.

Tell us if your BSODs are random or if you are doing anything in particular.

I also strongly suggest that sometime in the future that you seriously consider updating to Service Pack 3.
