Zen does not recharge

my zen does not recharge when i connect it via the usb cable due to which it does not work.plz help!!

Have you tried using the wall charger and the USB cable provided/ a different cable?

Have you tried charging on your computer/a friend's computer with the cable provided/a different cable/a different USB port?

Also, what are your system specs? Do any of your other USB devices charge from your computer/wall charger?
