When testing with 3Dmark Vantage at 2560x1600, the new GeForce GTX 295 is 13% faster than the Radeon HD 4870 X2. This synthetic benchmark also suggests that the GeForce GTX 295 is roughly 3% faster than a pair of GeForce GTX 260 graphics cards running in SLI mode. Either way, a score of roughly 6500pts in 3Dmark Vantage at such an extreme resolution is impressive.
