Benchmarks: AS SSD Benchmark

The AS SSD Benchmark supports the sequential read/write data recorded with CrystalDiskMark. The Intel SSD 510 120GB displayed strong read performance while its write throughput is mediocre.

The AS SSD Benchmark 4K-64 Thread performance is also average when looking at both the read and write results. The Intel SSD 510 120GB is certainly not in the same class as the Crucial RealSSD C300 256GB for these tests, but we suspect this has a lot to do with the Intel drive's smaller capacity.

The Intel SSD 510 120GB's read access time is relatively poor compared to the other drives tested. That said, its write access time is very impressive as it was the second fastest SSD we've tested.
