Benchmarks: Max Payne 3, Sleeping Dogs

The R9 295X2 averaged 128fps at 2560x1600 in Max Payne 3, making it 19% faster than the GTX 780 SLI cards and 73% faster than the GTX 780 Ti. It was also 75% faster than the R9 290X, while it beat the HD 7990 by 31% and the GTX 690 by 54%.

The R9 295X2'sMax Payne 3 frame time performance was strong at just 10.4ms between frames, the fastest card tested.

Sleeping Dogs is a very demanding game so it's impressive that the R9 295X2 managed to average 73fps at 2560x1600, 22% faster than the GTX 780 SLI cards and 66% faster than the GTX 780 Ti. It was also 83% faster than the R9 290X and 26% faster than the HD 7990.

Although the R9 295X2 was slightly slower than the GTX 780 SLI cards in terms of frame time performance, we are only talking about 1.8ms.
