Please press the green button, to download your Sound card Drivers

Sorry, it seems you must do this twice, once here, then when you get to Asus support, click it again. This button uses JavaScript (which is enabled by default on most browsers)

(i already downloaded the drivers!, but it says no hardware when i go to install them)

Uninstall the sound card in the device manager. restart the computer and direct the computer to the drivers you downloaded when prompted.
Sorry didn't know there were two threads...

When you first turn on your computer, you should notice a key to press like DEL or F2 (or something) to get into CMOS setup

Once you do get into CMOS setup, try to locate AUDIO and then "Enable" it
It sounds as though this is the problem

Note: I'm replying to your message (from the the thread you created, again!)
