Adware and Popups?

Hi there, I recently had some very strange things happen to my computer. I have Spysweeper, and they caught malware and adware on my computer... I thought it would get rid of it... it did not. I'm just worried there is something SpySweeper missed because I keep getting tab popups on my Internet Explorer which causes my system to freeze...
I did a Hijack this log, can anyone see what is wrong with my computer?

Have a look at:

UPDATED 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions

Also remove Spysweeper, and you probably should get an Antivirus (Avira free Antivirus is also in the above link)

I also recomend AVG (Anti-Virus Guard) Free Edition. Stops every virus, quarentines them, and destroys them before any harm is done.

AVG is not recommended
There have been quite a number of threads discussing this poor Antivirus, in all cases it was stated to use Avira (preferred) or Avast only
