Alienware AW3423DWF 34" QD-OLED Review: Almost the Same Great Monitor, Lower Price

ok mental exercise....

Just noticed a few days ago an all new LG 34WN650-W UltraWide Monitor QHD 3440 x 1440p at Amazon for 185,00 with free shipping. Looks like there is still hope for the man on the street! Mental exercise today however is still preventing me in affording anything called luxury.

Does anyone know which game or benchmark software is shown on the monitor in the first image of the review? Thanks.
Not sure. It is not mentioned in the review. At first I though it was Avatar Frontiers of Pandora because of the visible mushrooms, but that game was released a year after the review. Then I though it was perhaps Marvels Guardians of the Galaxy but that does not quite seem to fit either.

Thank you, mate!

I uploaded the image to ChatGPT and asked for it's help. Here are some possible games:
The image appears to show a scene from a video game with a fantasy or sci-fi setting, featuring vibrant colors and detailed environments. Given the timeframe of 2020-2024 and the typical use of such images in benchmarking and showcasing monitors, here are a few possible games or benchmarks that might match the scene:

  1. Cyberpunk 2077 - Known for its detailed environments and vibrant colors, though typically more urban than the scene shown.
  2. Horizon Zero Dawn - Features lush, detailed environments and could match the fantasy elements.
  3. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla - Has a lot of outdoor, fantasy-like environments that could fit the scene.
  4. Shadow of the Tomb Raider - Known for its detailed jungle and cave environments.
  5. Control - Has some fantastical elements and vibrant colors, though more urban and indoor.
  6. Final Fantasy XV - Features detailed environments with a mix of fantasy elements.
  7. World of Warcraft: Shadowlands - Known for its fantasy environments, and the timeframe fits.
Given the prominence of the game as a showcase for graphical fidelity, "Horizon Zero Dawn" or "Shadow of the Tomb Raider" seem like strong contenders. The scene looks like it could be from a lush, detailed environment, which both of these games feature extensively.
