AMD RAM

So a friend talked to me about 2 days ago asking me to build him a Gaming PC, but after I bought everything I realized there might be a problem with the ram
as it clearly says for amd but I know ddr4 is ddr4 and it doesn't matter if its for intel or amd
I'm asking the PC building masters if this is an issue
this is my BUDGET BUILD for a friend
and I bought this RAM from Newegg
So my question is
Will this cause any problems along the way?
And why is it marked as for AMD?

No problems with that RAM - it's on ASRock's supported memory list:

As to why it's labelled 'for AMD', I can't see any indication of that on the Newegg website, but it will just be a marketing tag - I.e. help sales of the memory for those people building a Ryzen system.

Edit: This is only personal advice, but I'm not sure building a 9400F/Z390 system is worth the money. A Ryzen 3600/X570 system, with faster RAM, can be built for the same amount of money as the build you've put together - e.g. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yLdMmg

The performance of the 3600 vs the 9500F is heavily in favour of the former:
