ASAP plz,Random Restart after Reformatting

I reformatted and my computer keeps randomly restarting like every 5 min. I only have norton antivures installed other then what comes with windows XP. My comp is like 3 yrs old and im thinking it might be my hard drive. Help me asap.

The error code is:

I just now went to My Comp > Properties > Advanced > Settings under Start up & Recovery and turned off automatically restart on System failure. When the comp restarted it went to the Blue Screen and some gave the message (dunno if its off help)

Somewhere in the error message it said it could be drivers, software or 1 other thing.

THANKS ! That site said the ram was faulty so i put my old ram back in and hasnt crashed since.
