Asus Kirin-V

I need some help on this I am looking for a Kirin-V motherboard for my PCV RS315 Sony Vaio Desktop, P4 2.4 I had put some more memory in it and kind of blew that up so now I am looking for this type of motherboard does anybody know where I can get one, I was giving this to our local school but I had to delay that till I get it fixed any help will be grateful Thanks
