Black screen after starting windows

hi everyone,

I have a problem with my computer(vista)

I starded my pc and on the screen it says: Safe mode
Start windows normal
....
I have triied everything and it still come: first it loads for a long time and then
a black screen comes with the mouse. xs

Can some one help me?

Have you experienced any infections lately? Can you boot into Safe Mode?
