Black Screen! Wont boot

I have a computer with XP OS and when I turn it on it wont boot. I dont even have acces to the BIOS setup. The only thing I can hear is the fan. Nathing else, no beeps no nothing. I tried to change my power supply because before not even my fan would work. Whats my problem. I cheked my memory on another computer and its fine. Please help!

I afraid that doesn`t sound very good.

Disconnect everything, except the mobo/cpu/psu/1 stick or ram. Try and start your computer. Do you get any beeps?

If not I suspect your mobo is dead.
