Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT owners sue Sotheby's, celebs, and parent company as prices plummet

"...lent the Bored Ape NFTs "an air of legitimacy" designed to generate hype and investor interest around the brand." Lending something an air of legitimacy is exactly what sells crypto currency and other things that have no real value. There is no way these people could have researched NFT's without seeing at least one article saying "NFT's have no value".

These people are all losers. They don't want to be accountable for their investment failures, known the risks of this type of investments but still jumped in. The smarter ones probably jumped in, got out and made money.
Simple greed had backfired on them. Good! They deserve nothing.
Did any NFT gain value after it was purchased?

You guys seem to have this all figured out. I on the other hand, can't figure out why anyone over the age of 11, would even want these abominations, let alone hang them on their walls.
I'm not sure if you think people are hanging NFT's on their walls...

Believe it or not tRUMP's "super hero" trading card NFTs were reportedly resold by the original buyers at a profit.

Well, what else could they be possibly be good for?
I can appreciate that a buyer might be embarrassed at their sheer foolishness for buying them, and thus might want to cover them with a fake Renoir, Degas, or even a Dali.

Personally I think they should do a second run, with the "bored apes", walking into a luxury car dealership, while Justin Beiber hands them his money to buy a Lamborghini "Countach", or even slumming it, buying a Ferrari or Maserati.

The "floor value" means absolutely nothing in this case. It's still just a pipe dream price from people who overpaid for them. Nobody is buying them them anymore.

Why would you buy a set of monkey emoticons for one million dollars? Who are you to blame but your own stupidity? It's so refreshing to see this news.
