Hi, I'm getting bsod whenever I get pass the bootscreen of my Windows 8.1. Before, the blue screen where rare and the system would work stable again later on, and now it came to the point where I would need to reformat or something. So I tried giving the PC a clean windows install since it has been over a year now since my last os upgrade.

But it was weird before I even tried to format the primary hard drive C, there were supposed to be installed programs there before I finally format it, only to find out that all programs were removed before I do. Local Disk drive has no installed programs, though I still proceed installing windows.

And as the system install windows, it's getting error that the installation couldn't proceed. tried several attempts just to be certain and I kept on getting the error.

I was wondering if I'm having problem with the hdd. I doubt it's the windows software since it's my genuine copy of windows 8 and it's worked from my last format.
