BSoD on start up after installing a Logitech CD

After I've installed a logitech CD that has to do with a webcam of theirs I get a BSoD when I start up my computer. I try to run safe mode but that doesn't work either, I've selected something called start up with last known good configuration, that has worked but my computer is a lot slower when I do that and I used it to uninstall all the logitech software and yet when I boot up normally i still get a BSoD at start up.

Also a program called services.exe is using almost 100 CPU and when I try to start device manager it freezes.
