BSOD stop 0X0000007E

Hi,
This is my first post here, I will try to be detailed as much as possible.

I bought a new 4GB RAM stick and my computer works just fine at BIOS. when I try to boot it spits out the following code at BSOD
stop 0X0000007E (0XFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0XFFFFF8000D55E664, 0XFFFFF880009A90A8, 0XFFFFF880009A8900)

can some one point out whats the trouble point here?

I have tested the RAM stick on another PC and it just works fine.
swapped motherboards and still the same problem exists.

PC config :

Windows 7 64 bit
core i5 - 650
intel DH55PJ mobo
4GB RAM
EVGA gtx 550 ti -
Antec 450 PSU

Go to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the .dmp files and right-click, sending the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload this folder as a file here
