BSOD when running most games

Title says most of it, it crashes when running games like Dead Space, Half Life, League of Legends, and hell, it does it with Runescape too. I don't know how to post minidumps, but I have the error:

I can run a programs with system graphics, an i5 sandy bridge, or I can run them in "High Performance" through the catalyst control center, which is how I run most games. The graphics card that handles high performance is a Radeon HD 7690 XT

To post minidumps go to: C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all files with a .dmp extension. Right-click and choose "send to compresseed (zipped) folder" Upload that folder here
