CD player audio use causes crash

Why do I get the blue screen of death whenever I attempt to play audio CD's? Message on blue screen states address F8621C7D base at F861F000, Datestamp 3E668292

Can anyone exlpain and help me?

What software media player are you using?

I have several to choose from, Windows Media Player 10, Creative SB Live audio card software, Realnetworks Real Player, but they never show as the computer always goes to the blue screen before opening the window that allows you to choose which player to use.
