Colors changes when playing videoes?

Help. I've had this problem for a while. When I play videoes on my computer the colors are all messed up like this:

This only happens when playing with most of my video players. Doesn't happen when using for example Itunes.
But as soon as I upload these pictures anyway it goes away though?
No idea what this can be. Please help, thanks.
