Computer rebooted from bugcheck

It happened twice this month as my HP workstation rebooted itself. System event viewer shows message "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009c (0x00000008, 0x8054e5f0, 0xfe000740, 0x0001009f). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini032513-01.dmp."

MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION... Has many causes. Because your computer is getting pretty old, I would try replacing the power supply first. You could also check the memory
