I have noticed my machine has been moving a little sluggish latley and i took a look at my CPU Usage and every once in a while it will spike to 80-100% then go back down to average of about 10% while just using the internet, i have also noticed an increase in the MB used in my PF Usage as well being on average 500MB i don't no if thats normal or not . . . and while using some programs my PF Usage as gone to 1.5 gigs and CPU usage stays at 90-100% for a while and freezes up everything. i'm running 50 processes on average any suggestions?
