K Just thought id let people know how I fixed my "Error Memory cant be read" problem in CS Source. Seen loads of posts with no answers and it was driving me mad... For me and hopefully for you to the problem is your router!
Try running a game without your router plugged in and see if it helps.
Just gota figure out what settings i need for my crummy cheap router (prolly a new router)
