Dell PSU Questions.

  1. I recently bought a Dell (2.8Ghz Pentium 4, 1GB Ram, 250 Watt Power Supply, DVD-CDRW, 80GB Hard Drive). I wanted to upgrade my video card to a GeForce 6800 GS. I needed a bigger power supply so I bought a Dell compatible one from PC Power and Cooling. 410 Watt PSU. I want to install the video card, but here is my question: since Dell changed the way that the Molex's connect to the motherboard, DVD-ROM, etc. Does this mean I need an adaptor to plug the PCI Express 6-Pin Molex to the Video Card or am I okay. I would like to not fry my video card, motherboard, PSU. or any part of my computer.

No you don't need any converters. The plug from the PSU will work fine.
