DMZ on home PC

  1. Hi there,
I have been playing Company of Heroes online for a month or so now but am plagued by the "NAT Negotiation Faliure" that seems to be affecting a lot of users.

One solution, i have heard, is to configure a DMZ. Im not sure what this is but i think its something about fowarding all ports on the router?

Anyways, could someone please give me a guide on how to set this DMZ up without bombarding me with techy jargon.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

The DMZ allows all ports to be seen by any system attached to that zone.
This implies your willingness to respond to all/many/frequent attacks from the Internet.
Normally, systems in this zone are considered to be take-down/rebuild upon demand
    when they get compromised.
