the ram will not work it is too fast and not contactable with u're MB.

are you saying i won't be able to use any 2gb ram?
and i think it is compatable it's ddr2 dimm

The Foxconn site says "Single channel DDRII 533 / 400 x2 DIMM".

That RAM will work, but it'll be clocked down to 533MHz since that's the maximum frequency supported by the board.

As for a video card and PSU, I recommend this video card instead of your current choice and this PSU to go with it.
