Downloader.Zlob.rn problems

My AVG anti-virus showed this as a possible infection about 10 days ago. AVG said the virus was removed (into Virus Vault) yet the computer has been acting very sluggish ever since. I'm not very experienced at dealing with a virus, but I was advised to post at this forum for help.

What should I do next? The prelim removal instructions?
