I bought new HP computer with Vista(believe me,I didn't want it)and the DVD player's a joke. But I'm not sure if it's an HP problem or Vista. DVD's which work/play fine on my old computer(Toshiba notebook with XP)aren't even recognized on new system---BUT ONLY SOME!! Others are fine!
I figured it was a difference in XP-Vista, so I bought some BRAND NEW DVD's and the system won't admit there's a DVD in the drive---even to format it.
How do I fix this trouble, and is it a Vista or HP problem?
