You'll need your Windows Install CD.

Turn on your computer and when you see your mobo/computer brand on screen, tap F2, F10 or Del (depends on system) quickly and then when you're in the bios, set the CD drive to be the first boot drive (before any HDDs or floppy drives), then put your Windows CD into the drive and press 'R' when you are asked what you want to do. From the console you should be able to fix the boot.ini using 'Edit'.

If any of this seems confusing please post back

Edit: The page you linked to seems to have all the info you need.
