Emachines t3410 wont start up

So first off i know eMachines are garbage anyhow that being said this one wont load anything. it just turned on yesterday as soon as i plugged it in, blank screen of course. Extremely loud fans.

I was told someone plugged something in. My opinion is that it fried the motherboard.
2nd opinions?
